Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is simply magical with unique and beautiful rooms, but service could be improved. It offers a perfect location close to the souks for a charming and peaceful stay. Dining options may be limiting, but overall a great value for money.
I absolutely loved my stay at this Riad! The rooms were toasty warm and very traditional, giving a cozy and welcoming feel. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the main square and souks. The dining experience was delightful, offering a great selection of delicious dishes. Overall, a top-notch experience with great value for money.
Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms, although smelling of damp, were surprisingly comfortable with a welcoming ambiance. The service from the staff was exceptional, adding a special touch to my stay. The central location made exploring Marrakech easy, but the lack of TV/Kettle in the rooms was a minor setback. The dining options were satisfactory, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained, enhancing the overall stay.
The Riad's location is wonderful, just steps away from the center and beautifully decorated. The room, although small and basic, was perfect for a city break with my friend. The staff were friendly and even arranged an earlier breakfast for us. However, they seemed distracted at times. The dining offered a good mix of continental and Moroccan dishes, but fell slightly under expectations. The pool area around the breakfast spot was cozy and pleasant.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were beautifully designed, like stepping into a scene from the Arabian Nights, but unfortunately, there was a persistent terrible smell in the dining room. The service was top-notch, especially with the staff showing great care by helping organize a trip and assisting with a little kitten in need. The location was a definite plus, offering easy access to many attractions, although there were some issues with the dining experience. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were generous and lavish with everything you could possibly need, from air-con to sockets and lighting. Even though I didn't choose a superior room, the room was epic, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The service was top-notch and truly impeccable, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The location was spot on, nestled in a quiet area inside the Medina but still close to iconic landmarks like the Koutoubia Mosque and Jemaa el-Fna square. The dining experience was a delightful highlight, offering the best meals I had during my time in Morocco. The facilities were superb, providing everything required for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The Riad is located in a great spot, close to the souks and the main square, making it ideal for exploring the medina. The rooms are cozy, but there were some issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond for guests. The dining experience was average, with some tasty traditional treats offered. The facilities are satisfactory, though there may be room for improvement.
The hotel is ideally located, close to all Marrakech's attractions yet away from the bustling streets. The rooms, though lacking external windows, boast a charming painted wooden ceiling, elegant furnishings, and a cozy bed. While the portions at dinner were a bit small, the overall experience was generous and comfortable.
